Sports Massage

This massage is a popular form of treatment to soft tissue sports injuries. It can help the body; maintain equilibrium, prevent injuries along with the loss of mobility, restore suppleness to injured muscle tissue, boost performance and extend the life of your athletic endeavors.

Deep Tissue Massage

This massage focuses on specific areas of concern such as muscle injuries or chronic muscle tension. Therapists will use their hands, elbows, fingertips and forearms to identify tight muscles and adhesions using deeper pressure to relax and heal problem areas. Avoid this type of massage if you’re overly sensitive to pressure.

Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage

Most of our daily activities such as computer work, driving or physical labor can cause stress on the upper body. Our shoulders tend to raise and tighten around our necks when we are busy doing our work. Using a Swedish technique, massaging these areas helps reduce muscle tension and ease day-to-day stress.
