We are grateful for the opportunity to be together again, safely.
Our new spa service hours are Monday from 12:00pm-4:00pm, Tuesday-Saturday from 10:00am-7:00pm and Sunday from 12:00pm-6:00pm.
Please write [email protected] or call 706-613-3947 to schedule spa services or buy gift cards. The phones will be staffed Monday-Sunday weekly. Your safety and the safety of our staff is highest priority.
Safety and Sanitation Measures
Urban Sanctuary continues to follow Covid 19 guidelines recommended by the CDC and local ordinances. Due to a decrease in percentage of Covid 19 cases the CDC has lifted the recommended mask mandate. As of March 1, 2022, Athens Clarke County followed this recommendation and lifted the local mask ordinance.
Guests will no longer be required to wear a face covering when entering the spa. A Covid 19 health affidavit will no longer be required for services.
We will continue to maintain our extensive sanitizing measures in the mornings and evenings, as well as throughout the day. All waiting rooms, and spa surfaces will be sanitized multiple times daily. In-room items will be wiped with alcohol and sprayed with disinfectant in between every service.
New Waiver
Before your next visit, you will need to sign a new waiver. To expedite your appointment check-in, we strongly encourage you to print this document at home and sign it before you arrive.
Members
We suspended spa dues when we closed. Spa member dues resumed June 1, 2020. Priority booking will be offered to existing members and special accommodations for members who missed their service in March.
If you need to stay on membership pause due to covid related or medical concerns, please write [email protected] and we will extend suspension.
